- Embedded engineering delivery (FDE)
- Short for forward deployed engineer. Our engineers work on site to connect client data and existing systems, configure workflows and permissions, run a pilot, then hand the system over to the business team.
- Agent
- A program that breaks down a task, calls models and tools, and keeps a record of what it did. Unlike a single prompt, an agent completes a whole piece of work, with human review at the points that matter.
- Workflow governance
- Defining who may use which data and tools, which steps require human sign-off, and how activity is recorded. This is what lets a system move from pilot into day-to-day operations.
